Ingredients

  • 2stalksGreen onions (sliced)
  • 2tbspMiso paste
  • 1tbspChili garlic sauce
  • 1lbGround pork (substitute with ground turkey for a lighter option)
  • 2tbspSoy sauce
  • 14ozSoft tofu (drained and cubed)
  • 1tspSichuan peppercorns

Instructions

    In a large pan, cook the ground pork over medium heat until browned and cooked through.

    Add the miso paste, soy sauce, Sichuan peppercorns, and chili garlic sauce to the pan. Stir well to combine.

    Gently add the cubed tofu to the pan and carefully mix to coat the tofu with the sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes to heat the tofu through.
